At SG Shope, we want your fragrances to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect after you place an order.
1.Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping. If that changes, we will update this page.
2.Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3.Shipping Times & Costs
- Estimated delivery is usually 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
4.Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door. If you do not receive tracking within a few days of ordering, please contact us.
5.Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
6.Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos so we can help make it right.
