We sell authentic designer fragrances. We make every effort to source genuine products through trusted channels. Product images, descriptions, and packaging are provided for reference; manufacturer packaging and formulations may change without notice. Colors and bottle designs may vary slightly from the images shown.

3.Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing errors at any time.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, even if it has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund.

4.Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5.Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

6.Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. To be eligible, items generally must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ware County/ Georgia State.
