We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at SG Shope.
1.Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible.
2.Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in the exact condition you received them, in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3.How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
4.Return Shipping Costs
- Any shipping cost you pay to return a product to us is non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, a wrong or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that are undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused, unless an error was made by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
5.Refunds
